On missing entries
Stories were automatically assigned a serial code as they
arrived. Among other things, this code was used to form page
names. If you try to go through the entries in order, you'll
find a few missing. So what happened to them?

On categories
The categories listed with the stories are those assigned by
the author, even when it's not an official category (Erotic,
Humor). Where no category was given, I've listed them as
Unclassified.
On author names and addresses
In most cases these are taken directly form the From: header
of the entry as it reached my. Exceptions are:
- Name and address pairs not in the standard form
Ann Example <ann@example.com>
have been converted to it. Quotes in the name portion have
been deleted, even where they would be required in mail or
news.
- Clearly invalid addresses have been deleted, leaving only
the name.
- When the From: header contained only an address and there
was a name in the body that wasn't the same as the username
part of the address, that name has been added to the author
line.
- Where an author has used slightly different From: headers
in different entries, I have picked one (generally the first
one used) and applied it to all of their entries.
